Why Practical Faith Exists

The gap wasn't knowledge. It was application.

For years I loved God, studied Scripture, led teams, and built businesses. Yet I kept finding myself asking the same questions:

"How do I actually live this out?"
"How do I make decisions with biblical wisdom?"
"What does faith look like on Monday, not just Sunday?"
"How should my faith shape my work, my family, my finances, and my purpose?"

Those questions sent me on a journey. Instead of looking for opinions, I learned how to search the Scriptures, understand them in context, and discover what faithful obedience looks like in everyday life.

What I found changed the way I viewed leadership, work, stewardship, purpose, relationships, and success.

Practical Faith exists because I believe many Christians are asking those same questions.

My mission is simple: to help everyday Christians understand God's Word, apply it to everyday life, and confidently follow Christ wherever He leads.

A Little More About Me

Hi, I'm Coach E (Elson Mills). Like many Christians, I wanted my faith to shape every part of my life — not just Sunday mornings. That pursuit led me to years of studying Scripture, testing it in everyday life, and helping others do the same.

Today I lead Eternal, Inc., the company behind Practical Faith — where that same pursuit shows up in The Eternal Playbook podcast, the Eternal Leadership Curriculum, and tools like the Practical Faith assessment.

Practical Faith exists because I believe God's Word isn't just meant to be understood — it's meant to be lived.

We envision a growing library of resources — books, courses, and curriculum — that help Christians of every age lead with clarity and conviction.

Core Beliefs

What we build on.

Scripture, read in its proper context, is the standard for objective truth. Identity comes before leadership — you lead out of who you are in Christ, not the other way around. And faith was never meant to stay inside the church building.

Eternal, Inc. exists to create resources that help people apply biblical truth to everyday life through Practical Faith, leadership development, and future educational initiatives.
